The Layton City lights and Krispy Creme....

Dad came and joined us while mom was serving the YW. We love having grandpa around...

The anticipation................

Maurie and the kids joined us too and of course Aljean..... what fun we had. Bry and Tracy were both out of town this week so we decided to spend a little time with the kiddies. We let the kids decide for christmas if they wanted to exchange gifts or spend more time with each other? They chose to spend some time! I love it..... they already know the importance of good friends! We love you, ITA's!!!

Baby it's Cold Outside!

Bummer when you go to get hot chocolate and donuts and they are out of hot chocolate! What the?

This was worth the whole trip! That's all FOLKS!

Christmas FUN!

What do you do when it's cold outside and leaves and the flowers are all gone away...you sing christmas songs and you write Santa Clause.....
Make Gingerbread Houses and eat all night long......

oh yes, that's what you do........ so do WE!

Little hot Chocolate..... 3 times a day! (Don't forget the marshmellows, cream and of course the SPRINKLES! )

THE WIZARD OF OZ!!!! at Kingsbury hall..... LOVED IT!

Thanksgiving!!!!

They say that 3 times a charm! We are always so fortunate for all that we have. This year we actually stayed here for thanksgiving. Normally we are down in the red rocks with friends and family crawling over the rocks but this year, thank goodness, we stuck around. I was ever so grateful for that. I have missed the traditional moments that we have.

Thanksgiving day at noon we went down to mom's, i forgot my camera thought so i may have to still a few from someone else. Then later that evening we hosted Bry's mom Chris and her husband. Also, Lane, Tami & Goliath! Oh how we miss Goliath. It was very pleasant. A little quiche and some veggies just to hit the spot after a huge meal at noon. It was fun, I always love having people over. Thanks to Angela i served a yummy Chocolate Pecan pie! MMMmmmm!!! We do not need to mention the banana cream soup?
A few thing i am grateful for!

We were lucky to have Becky and the Kids down as well this weekend. We missed Brynlin of course, but had fun anyhow! Grandma made sure that the kids had fun frosting the cookies and Grandpa made sure that they were clean doing it! (hee, hee)

Wish we saw more of them! We love having them around!

CHOCOLATES!!!!!

Every year the friday after thanksgiving the Mangum girls get together for an all day candy making day! From sun up til sun gone! Dear aunt Conie dips and the rest of up mix, whip and roll! it is quite a fun event and i am sure quite exhausting for Conie. However, we are quite grateful for the yummy treats that go home with us at the end of the day. They only last a few short weeks after until we gobble them up and look forward to next time. THANKS CONIE!

This was Ethney's first year having a hand in the good stuff! Conie is so sweet to let all that want a try get one! Ethney loved it! She dipped, spinkled and more.....

OH YES...........SAMPLED! You definately do not go home hungry!

So much fun hanging with the ladies! We talk life, chirstmas and what comes next. Love you all Mangum's. This year we dipped over 1000 chocolates. WOW! Is that a record? Probably not for Conie!

He'll be back again someday!

These are some of my favorite pictures. The kids together building Frosty!

This was the first big snow of the year a few weeks back. I loved just sitting in the window and watching them as they together created in my eyes a masterpiece! They were so cute and the snow just kept on coming. i could not get them to come in they were having so much fun! Ryker even started a snow ball for Ethney so that she could help too.

Look at those flakes!

The proud creator! It was so beautiful that sunday morning. Everything was so white and pure. It was so quiet too. So peaceful!

The finishing touches!

Beauty and the SMILE!

I know that this is side ways, i can not fix it for some odd reason i have tried but try to catch that smile on Ethney's face ast the end.... makes it all worth it!

I will catch up with you next time and the other side of EPCOT! To be continued!

Just can not wait!

Standing in line for breakfast with the princesses!

A few stars we met along the way......

Wow.... never know who you will run into in Italy!

The Princesses!!!!!

Ethney favorite, She sang to Sleeping Beauty.... it was so tender!
Dancing and laughing!

Cinderella asked Ethney if she was getting married today.... she told Ethney that that was what her dress looked like when she got married to her prince. All dressed in white in a big castle. Interesting, everytime we pass a Temple of course Ethney sayt that that is her castle and someday she will marry her prince there too.

Love this picture..... Look at that smile!

Day 2..... Princess breakfast at Epcot!

Ariel! The little mermaid!
I have always loved Cinderella.... not sure the reason but she reminds me of my Mother!

Beauty and The Beast! Tale as Old as Time....

This one is my all time favorite! Ryker wanted nothing to do with these pretty little princesses! As you can see he had quite a time trying real hard not to smile or look at them. It was pretty funny

A little pricy but well worth the fun and excitement that Ethney had in her eyes to meet her little family of princesses!

Day 2... EPCOT!!!!!!

Epcot (my favorite, i think) was amazing... they had 2 worlds, the fun zones with all the learning and such like land and sea and senses and feeling and hearing and all these amazing activies that you can learn and grow....very educational. Ryker even said that it was one of his favorite parks not for the rides though... for the amazing food and knowledge that you can walk away with. This is the New World Center, i always wondered what was in there, now i know.

Norway! A fun water ride and of course the hats!

Crash testing ride, pretty fun, walks you thru how they test new vehicles and the saftey part as well!
