The Ita's

Well here they are (minus Tage) he is in the car sleeping... Our best pals. It started way back in the day when Maurie and I were youngsters ourselves. My mom and her sis decided that we were destin to meet. We were about 5...... now almost 35! Yikes! We are, i would have to say best friends, praying that our children will carry on many of our wild traditions. Thank goodnes our Husbands like each other ( honestly) Thank goodness for those you trust, love, confide in, cry with, laugh with, and love with. Here's to good friends that consistently carry you through, over and over again.... We love you ITA's

Sledding with the Ita's!

This is our little hill in Kaysville. It is perfect for the kids not too steep and not to long. Dad's were troopers too. We did a pizza run after for lunch and Maurie was thinkin when she brought the yummy hot chocolate!
the Girls....

Ryker and Tre having a blast as usual, Thanks G.G. for the beanie!

A few years ago, for Christmas, We (B & I) and The Ita's ( Tracy & Maurie) decided that instead of gifts we would go to dinner with each other and spend some good old quality time. We chose Ruth's Chris Steak House as the go to spot but, last year they closed their doors on good old down town Salt Lake so we decided to try something new this year. It was o.k. but it was not Ruth's Chris. We still had a great time Chatting. However, not near long enough. Maurie and i have decided that we need Half a day so next year.... We are going shopping... with out the kids and with out the hubbies... just us Girls with a lot to say and No plan to be anywhere until dinner time.

Enjoyed the company way more than the food.

Food, Fun! Family & Friends! 2010!!!

We had amazing eats.....

The boys ( really boys) were great on the tunes

Lovin this ornament! We learned this fun new option on our camera during the season and i have had lots of fun playing with it.
My handsome kiddo! LOVE HIM!

Grandma Carr and the gandkids. Ryker, Ethney & Hunter

Adorable isn't she!

Merry christmas, again. We have so much family that we get to celebrate for two weeks! The kids love it, they are spoiled. Everyone went over board again this year. Thanks for loving us and our children. Bry's mom had us to dinner the night after chirstmas and made an amazing feast. Kabobs, salad, shrimp, potatoes and yes delicious yummies too! She is a great cook. We are grateful that she is in our lives.

Sledding, oh what fun! First time for everything!

This was awesom! You know you are getting old when you are more afrain to go down than you used to be. Of course i had to be brave so that Ethney would ride. Poor Bryan though, took a good jump and landed on his hip, it was black and blue for a week. What a great time.
Like father, like son! My no fear child. Bry took him boarding the next week and he fell in love with it. He told us that he is realy for his own board. Way to go dad! Bryan says he is a natural. OH MY!

YIPEE!!!!!

The day After Christmas!

The kids got tube for Christmas so we had to go try them out. It was really their first time sledding and we had a blast!
Keepin cozy... we started on the bunny hill.

Good sport dad, hiking the hill while mom was on camera duty! Nice of Ryker to carry the tubes.

My little angel, had a blast!

Christmas Night!

We had our family party on Christmas night at Sonia's. It was fabulous. She served Salmon, asparagus, french onion bread cassarole (delicious) shrimp and more. It was so great! She is a great hostess! The kids had so much fun with one another and it was good to have us all together. It has been a while since that happened.
Joey, Emilie and baby Orianna, she is a doll!

Soni and Jaxson!

The siblings! Yes, we are goofs! You can see where our children get it.

Christmas Night!

Our families old tradition is that Grandpa is Santa. I remember many time sitting on my grandpa Bott's lap and getting a stocking full of goodies christmas eve just before santa would come and leave me another one. As we got older it turned into an envelope with money, how we lokoed forward to this each year. It was fun to giggle as each of the cousins took their turn. My dad, now (Grandpa Bott), is continuing the tradition. However, he still has us sit too and usually the hubbies as well, this year he let them off the hook! The kids love it!

The kids exchange.....
Yum, yum... Thanks Mrs. Clause

The grandkids and Grandma & Grandpa... There are many...

Me & My Dad, how i love him so! He has taught me the true meaning of christmas!

Christmas Morning!

We are grateful for GG! She is close to us and we love spending time with her. The kids love her so much, they enjoy having her around with all her fun bear stories. She is so full of the spirit it is a joy to have her in our lives.

Ryker and his DS, yes this is what he wanted to most. We made him wait until almost ten to open it though, waiting for everyone to arrive. We finally broke down and the smile on his face was so worth it!
The most adorable puppet/house/store/you name it that comes stright from Santa's workshop! I have to admit that Mrs. Clause helped a bit herself! Anyone in the mood for a good story come on by, we love the company!

Inside this wrapper is the best gift ever! My little Ethney could not wait until i opened this! A PINK PUSH UP SUCKER! All she wanted was a blue one, and so the moment that she wrapped it for me she was trying to get me to open it. Then once it was opened all she could do was ask me to eat it! She was so excited, i have to admit it was one of my favorite moments of the morning, the look on her face when i finally opened it! That is what it is all about!

Rykers LOOT! Finally real tools, and yes the Razor spark scooter, every boys dream (i guess)

Better watch out, better not cry....

SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN! I can only guess that Ethney had my camera on this one..

Ryker was having a little chat with santa before we got started, i guess he told him he wanted a snake, hmmmmm, sorry Ryker that is a no go...

Say cheese!

This is blurry sorry, really on e of the only one's i had.
